The Challenge

CNH Industrial Capital presented us with a multifaceted challenge: to elevate the user experience (UX) and design of their website while addressing existing usability issues. Navigating through the current website proved cumbersome due to complex pathways and inconsistent design elements, hindering user engagement. Our task was clear: revamp the UX and design to create a seamless digital experience. Additionally, CNH Capital sought to expand their digital presence by introducing a new native app. This presented an exciting opportunity to translate the website's enhanced UX principles into a mobile platform, catering to the on-the-go needs of their clientele.

 
 

UX ResearcH: Understanding User Needs

To ensure our design decisions were rooted in user needs and preferences, we conducted comprehensive user research. User surveys served as a primary tool, providing valuable insights into the expectations and pain points of CNH Industrial Capital's audience. Through targeted questions and feedback collection, we gained a deeper understanding of user preferences, behaviors, and pain points.

Additionally, we leveraged user flows to inform our designs. By mapping out the typical paths users take to accomplish tasks on the website and app, we identified areas for improvement and opportunities to streamline the user journey. These user flows served as invaluable guides, shaping our design decisions and ensuring that the end products would meet the needs of CNH Industrial Capital's diverse user base.

 

Homepage Dashboard: Insight at a Glance

Our homepage overhaul at CNH Industrial Capital focused on introducing user-friendly dashboards for clear insights into financial activities. By consolidating key data and metrics, users gain immediate transparency and control.

The revamped dashboards feature sleek design elements for a modern look and improved usability. With simplified navigation and visual cues, users can effortlessly navigate complex financial information. This redesign not only enhances transparency but also elevates the overall user experience, reinforcing trust in CNH Industrial Capital's services.

 

Account Details: Tracking Your Transactions

In this section, we've enhanced the accessibility of account information by reorganizing it into structured sections. Each segment focuses on specific key details, providing users with a clearer view of their financial data.

Our redesign offers users access to a comprehensive range of metrics and data points, allowing them to gain valuable insights into their financial activities. Whether it's monitoring transaction trends or assessing investment performance, our streamlined approach ensures that users can navigate through their account details with ease.

By presenting information in a clear and user-friendly manner, we've significantly improved the overall user experience, empowering users to make informed decisions confidently.

Moodboard: Setting the Aesthetic Tone

We use a moodboard as a visual collage, blending various components to establish the aesthetic direction for the new designs. It serves as a roadmap, capturing the essence of the desired user experience through imagery, colors, typography, and design elements. This moodboard encompasses the theme and style, guiding subsequent design decisions and ensuring alignment with the overarching vision.
