What I do

Most of what lands on my desk is a team that's lost the thread. Not because people stopped caring, but because things got complicated faster than anyone planned for. Different teams solving the same problems differently, no shared language, nothing holding it together.

I come in, find where the real problem is, and build something that gets everyone working from the same page. Could be a design system, a product strategy, or just the right people in a room with the right questions. The goal is always the same. How I think

I ask a lot of questions before I touch anything. Not because I'm stalling. The problem handed to me is rarely the actual problem, and I'd rather spend time finding the right question than answering the wrong one fast. That instinct has saved more projects than any deliverable I've made.

How I work

Clarity is the goal, not simplification for its own sake. If something needs a long explanation, it usually needs another pass. When people actually understand what they're building and why, they move faster without being managed into it. And when they need someone in the work with them, I can do that too.
