About me
What I do
Most of what I do now is about getting teams aligned when things start to drift. On the surface it looks like product or design system work, but underneath it is usually about structure, clarity, and shared understanding. Different teams solving the same problems in different ways is a common pattern. My role is usually to help bring that back into focus so things can actually scale.
How I think
I tend to think in systems, not just interfaces. Not because it sounds good, but because that is usually where the real problems live. When product, people, and process are even slightly out of sync, it shows up everywhere in speed, in quality, and in how teams make decisions. Most of the time, the challenge is not design itself. It is alignment.
How I work
I care about clarity, not simplification for its own sake, but clarity that people can actually work from. That means decisions that are easier to make, systems that hold up under scale, and teams that are aligned on what they are building and why. I try to avoid overcomplication. If something needs a long explanation, it usually needs another pass. When things are clear, teams move faster without being told to.
How I explore
I still like making things. Some of it is client work, some of it lives in the studio, and some of it ends up in the playground where I explore ideas, builds, and experiments that do not need to fit into a roadmap to exist. It is less about output and more about staying curious.
