The Challenge: Elevating Partner Sales Through Digital Transformation

Omnia Partners seeks to scale its Gross Transactional Volume (GTV) from $10B to $50B by 2025. Central to this endeavor is revamping the OMNIA Connect Portal, intended as a cornerstone sales tool for partners. However, its current iteration falls short, with low utilization and limited value. Outdated content and superficial engagement hinder its effectiveness, leaving the sales team to manually provide information. The challenge lies in transforming the portal into an indispensable asset, empowering partners to achieve their sales targets.

The primary users, partner sales representatives, seek critical member information through the portal. Yet, its current state necessitates alternate means or direct contact with Omnia. We needed to bridge this gap by developing a Next-Level portal. Through accuracy, data richness, and intuitive design, it becomes a game-changer. Empowering partners to unearth unseen opportunities and fostering seamless transactions, the Next-Level portal propels Omnia towards its ambitious GTV target, redefining procurement excellence for the future.
